1. Are the dorms safe for my child?
Yes, at Hoop Mountain camp founder and director since 1986, Steven Gibbs, personally resides and overseas in the dorms with his dorm staff. Also, at St. Andrew’s Hoop Mountain International staff will reside and monitor the dorms. At no time are campers allowed to spend time without a staff member being present.
2. Can Hoop Mountain USA assist our child with USA prep schools and colleges?
Yes, Steven Gibbs since 1986 has been advising and placing players in the USA prep school and colleges. Prior to the camp please contact Steven at sgibbs@hoopmountain.com please send his game footage of your child so he can begin the process before camp begins.
3. Can Brandeis University or St. Andrew’s accommodate my child’s diet restrictions?
Yes, both dining halls are eager to communicate with our camp directors before the camp to learn of any allergies. Please inform Hoop Mountain International before your child leaves for camp of any dietary restrictions so both schools can plan to have the proper selection of food at camp for your child.
